Kashima (鹿島町 Kashima-machi) was a town located in Kashima District, Ishikawa, Japan.
On March 1, 2005 Kashima was merged with towns of Toriya and Rokusei, all from Kashima District, to form the new town of Nakanoto.
As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 8,515 and a density of 178.96 persons per km². The total area was 47.58 km².
